You can receive email notifications of updated content in the Box Support Forum by following Support Forum Topics and/or Posts. Following Topic or Posts Navigate to the Topic or Post in the Box Support Forum that you want to subscribe for updates. You will see the Follow option to the right of the Topic/Post name Click "Follow" to get notifications When Following an entire Forum Topic, you can customise to follow only new posts or to also follow new comments that may appear on posts. Managing your subscriptions To change your email subscription settings: Click your Avatar at the top-right of the page Select My activities from the drop-down menu You will then see three tabs; Requests, Contributions, and Following. Select Following to see your subscriptions. You can select to Unfollow any Topic or Post Complete You will now receive email notifications when the Topic and/or Post has been updated!
