0 files, but I'm out of storage?

I have 100GB of storage but keep getting notifications that I'm out of space (130GB used). I offloaded all files and deleted the trash but still getting that notification. As of now I can't upload anything because I'm supposedly out of storage.

How do I get this resolved?

  Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

  The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: 

  • Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

  I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size and upload new files in your Box.
