    Please be advised that the option to submit a 'support ticket' is only available to all our paid accounts. If you are a personal lite user, the community would be happy to help work with you and provide tips that could resolve this issue.

    Can you check again that the Shared link access is set to "People with the link" and not "People in your company" or "Invited people only"?

    Furthermore, when you click the link, were you given an option to open it on the Box mobile app or via your mobile's browser? If you have the app installed on your device but you are not logged in to your account, it will ask you to login in order to open it, but you should also be given an option to open the link via your mobile phone's native browser.
