    The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: 

    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.

    I went ahead and ran this script for your account as well that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your Box, you should now see the correct storage size available in your account settings.

    Hmm... I'm still having trouble. I am a collaborator on a folder that is owned by a colleague. When I try to upload files to this shared folder, I receive an error message. It says "Running out of storage?" and "Account storage limit reached." I have attached the error message below.

    Is this perhaps an issue with the account of the owner of the folder? I believe my coworker has unlimited storage. I personally don't have any files that I own, so I'm not sure what is happening. Any help you can give would be much appreciated!

    Hi Chelsea, 

    If you encounter this error when uploading to a folder owned by someone else, its likely the owner of the folder needs to update his Box storage. 

    Could reach out to the owner and have them check their available storage? They can do this by going to Account Settings > Account tab > scroll down to 'Account details'?

    They may reach out to their admin if they need more storage for their Box.
