Collaborator Issue Moving Folders

We are having an issue with collaboration folders. When a user creates and adds us as a collaborator their folder appears in the root of our Box account.

is it possible to move and rename the folder at our end?

If not it means we have a lot of folders in the root and all with names we have no idea who is who.
