    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I've checked the account and its active, however if you've forgotten your old password for this account, you may need access to the email associated to the account in to be able to perform and request for a password reset link.

    If you can’t access the email address associated with your Box account, we recommend either reaching out to your email service provider (ESP) to regain access to your email account or creating a new account. 

    Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to your email account. You will need access to the email address associated with your account to change your account password. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect your account against unauthorized access.
