Alert I see for the first time

Whe I tried to move a file to other folder, I got an alert saying "Whis content will be publicly available to anyone with the link. You have chosen to move the selected item to the folder "A folder". This folder has a public shared link enabled. Do you want to continue? "

I have never gotten such a notification, so I'm confused.
I haven't changed any access privillage.
Let me know when this message emerges.

  This message is expected if you try to move a content into a destination folder that has a permission level less restrictive than that of your source content as Box  wants to alert you of any potential change in the access level of the content you’re moving.
