I open my email, links to documents does not work. going to box.com and nothing is there.

i asked for help, got nothing in return.

Could you provide more details on what you see after you opened you email and click the links to documents that you are trying to access?

Can you share a screenshot of what error you see when you tried to access those links in Box? That would help us further understand the issue and the tips to provide you that will help resolve the issue.
