    I see that you are using the Box Sync app to access your Box folders in your desktop environment.

    The 'Make available for offline' option is actually a function of Box Drive and not of Box Sync. With Box Sync, you have to login to your account in Box Webapp (Box.com) and ensure that all of the folders you want to sync are marked for sync. Here is an article from our that walks through this with screen-shots. Once you have marked the folder for sync in Box.com, Box Sync will download the content into your sync folder locally making it available anytime for you to access.
