    But we could access reports before.  This does not make sense.  2 years ago, we were instructed to change my account to a lite account.  That was done and I could access the reports.  What do I have to do get access to reports? Pay a monthly fee?  Why now?

    I went to Admin console to try to see listing of reports and download but had no luck on trying to get admin status.
