Invalid captcha response
回答済みOne of my coworkers is trying to login. Never had problems before until now. He has reset his password and this message appears: Invalid captcha response. Please try again.
How do I fix this?

Having Invalid Captcha error means that your firewall may be blocking Box or you are encountering an error. Please contact your IT administrator to configure your firewall to recognize all sub-domains of .box.com, .box.net, .boxcloud.com and .boxcdn.net. The ports used on these domains are 80 and 443.

Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
- Try logging in to your Box Account using different browsers and see if it makes any difference when adding a folder.
- Try logging in to Box.com with add-ons or extensions disabled on your browser/s.
- Try connecting to a different network or internet connection.
