iPhone Box App: Problem Viewing PDF FIles

When viewing PDF files (8.5x11") using the iPhone Box App which have narrow margins (content close to edges ~.25"), one must "pull & hold" the file downward to see the top of the file, otherwise the app hides the top of the file when letting go.

Is there any way to remedy this issue and simple not allow the app to assume it knows better than the user?  Otherwise, the app is entirely useless for my needs.
