    To BOX App CS 8-9-23

    I uploaded several photos recently, then I went to box with app today and first deleted two duplicates, then discovered there are the fingernails, but clicked the pix come up fuzzy, and when they would ordinarily finally focus on to sharp a few seconds later, instead they force the app either back out of the folder to all, or force box to shut down completely.
    I got to checking around then and found there is one more, 5 total in that one folder, that does the same thing. Also, if I open an adjoining one that does come up ok, then scroll to the bad one, it does the same thing as it did before. Checking further, but not everything, I discovers one more in a different folder.
    I went to help but got only robot. Sent through feedback with same result. The segment on trash says it should be a button in All. It's not there or anywhere I can find. Finally found this address at Google Play store, where it also has a warning that this app is no longer compatible with my device, and to contact you the developer for more info.
    I would update app, but waiting your advice from fear of losing content.

    That everything I can think of.

    Well people you best pull everything out of your Box free version as quickly as you can, and put it somewhere else. Box no longer supports ANYTHING that's not paid for with monthly payments.
    I've been with Box for years, but greed knows no loyalty. They are joining Corporate America.

    Can you, please fix the issue of "exceeds your plan’s upload limit", as i have plenty of free storage space?
