Hello,

Several of our employees are not receiving the reset password email. They all have checked the junk/spam folder and nothing. Is there something wrong on your side?

  I see that your users are having trouble generating a password reset email. And for a quick fix you may checkout this link. In additon to this, I've opened a new case regarding your concern and someone from Product Support will get in touch through email.
