others can not access my video through the link. What can I do ?

  To make sure that the public will be able to access the file you shared, please make sure that you've set the correct sharing permissions on the shared file. To create a link with public access, you would need to set the link access type to "People with the link".

  • People with the link:  Anyone with the link can access the item and no Box account is required. For extra security, you can also set a password or expiration for the link, as well as restrict download and/or preview access for link viewers.
