All files missing
回答済みHello, all my files except one are missing, though it says I still have 9 gigabytes used. Please help!!

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
I believe the issue you encounter is related to what is described in this article as we've checked your account and indeed there is only 1 file in it.
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
