unable to add a box folder
回答済みI cannot make a folder on my account despite being a co-owner and editor, I have always been able to do this but it seems last week - my access has been affected. I can't see how I can solve this, can anyone help?

Do you encounter a specific error whenever you try to create a new folder?
Is this happening in the "All Files" page or to a specific folder you joined? Can you share a screenshot so we can take a closer look?
In the meantime, to make sure that every angle is checked, I will need you to do the following and the try creating a folder again:
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version.
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue please proceed to the next step.
- Try different browser such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Chrome or use incognito mode.
- Try disabling plugins/ extensions from your browser.
