The amount of data will not be the same as the original data.
回答済みI upload backup data to the BOX every day, but the amount of data is never the same as the original amount of data.
It is still a fraction of the original amount of data.
No data is over 5GB, nor is it uploading special files that are failing to upload.
Is it possible that the files are uploaded compressed or that the uploading process reduces the file size?
I would like to know the cause.

The issue you encounter might be related to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box. Can you please check on this and let us know if you are still seeing issues?
