    From what I can see on my end, it looks like you are under a free account. If you have a paid account, kindly login to your account and create a ticket to our Product Support.

    Hello Aira,

    The Account Paul is talking about can be found under my login details. His access seems to have the status of Individual, even though he should be set as Co-Owner. Either way, if you check my account, you should be able to see the Business Plus status :-)
