Delete AppleDouble files?

Hi there, I have a box.com database that is full of ._ files. The ._ files are AppleDouble files that are used to store metadata like extended attributes, ACLs, file flags, and resource forks.

But I am on a windows computer looking at a box.com database that is full of AppleDouble files and I need a way to clean them out.
