    Are you still able to login to your Box account? If yes, please follow the steps in this helpful article from our Box Product Support page on chaging and updating the email address.

    If you can’t access the email address associated with the Box account, we recommend either reaching out to the email service provider (ESP) to regain access to the email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.

    Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to the email account. You will need access to the email address associated with the account to change the account password.
