Two Box Accounts - Same Email

I have ended up with two box accounts one paid and one unpaid they use the same email (do not ask me how) and it its very annoying that I cannot get into the paid account that I signed up for yesterday.  Can you please help?

  As per checking, you only have one account under an unpaid account. Please be advised that you can only have one account under one email.
