Content section empty after plan upgrade

once reached the storage limit of 10GB, we moved to the Business Plan.
After the plan upgrade the Content section in the in the Admin console is empty (but the report lists all the folders and the files) and we still are not able to upload new files via APIs (we receive an "Account storage limit reached" message).
Could you please tell us why we are having those issues?

Welcome to Box Community!
Note that the folder's ability to store contents varies depending on the folder owner's storage allocation. Please identify its owner and find out if the user has enough storage for your upload(s) by going to Account Settings> Storage Used.

thanks for your reply. Actually I see that we have unlimited space, so it should not depend on this. What is strange is that before the plan upgrade, the Content section in the in the Admin console was full, and now after the plan upgrade it is completely empty... Where are the files? Hope they're not gone.
