Enterprice users no longer can login
完了Hi,
I'm writing this on behalf of one of our Enterprise customers. There are several users who lo longer can log into box account. Their concern is that their account is deactivated and data will be lost. Also they no longer can log into this site, that's why I'm writing this post.
Would someone from from support contact me to discuss this?
It's not possible for me to open a support Case because I don't have a direct support with box.com. So, going to Support > Contact Support isn't working.
