A couple of questions about how to do a few things in Box.

Our hotels have been using Box for apx 3 months for our accounting and have been encouraged to use it for other things such as maintaining our department schedules there. I had been maintain my departments schedule on our primary shared drive and tried uploading it to Box to see how it would work but it hasn't  been a smooth transition and I'm contemplating discontinuing using Box for this but wanted to at least see if there were fixes for my issues.

1. I had initially created a folder, that is not inside the main folder for our company, for my department that I could use for things other than accounting. In this I have put 2 things, a PDF of the building plans for one of our hotels and my departments schedule. At a later point, one of our Box admins created a "Schedules" folder inside of our main folder. I attempted to move my department schedule from my folder to this "Schedules" folder but it would not move it, only copy it so now I have 2 copies of it. I tried to delete(Trash) the copy in my folder only to discover that it moved both copies to the trash. I restored it and tried it the other way, moving the copy in the "Schedules" folder to the trash but it again moved both of them. How can this be done as I have no reason to maintain 2 of the same file?
2. The way our hotels management team works as far as submitting our schedules weekly, is to reply to an email thread with our schedule attached but I have yet been able to figure out how to do this. Because of this I have been maintaining my schedule in both places and when I work on it at work I do so from our hotels main shared drive and use the copies on Box when working on the schedule at home or elsewhere off property. This means I have had to upload to Box each time I make changes at work and update the copy on our main shared drive each time I make edits to the Box copies. This, as you can imagine, has gotten old really quick. Is it possible to attach files saved to Box to emails and, if so, how is it done? If not, then I think my experiment of using Box as a host for it is done.
