Inaccurate storage count
回答済みI've experienced the known issue of inaccurate storage count. Even after completely emptying my Box (and the trash) of all files, it still shows 9.8GB / 10.0GB used.
I read that there is a script that Support can run to fix this issue. Please, can this be done for my account?
