- Reinstall Sync (Requirements and Steps included)
If the above still doesn't work, as an alternative, can you please let me know if switching to Box Drive is an option for your case? We recommend going from Box Sync to Box Drive because the Box Drive is the successor. Sometimes we see Box Sync have bugs that may need to be forwarded over to our engineering area.
Usually addressing those bugs can take a while over Box Drive. For more information, please see this article here Switching from Box Sync to Box Drive. Box Drive does mostly everything sync does and has the additional feature of being able to mark files for offline.Thanks!
