    If a collaborative folder that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the collaborative folder has removed you as a collaborator on the collaborative folder. You will have to contact the folder owner of the collaborative folder to have them reinvite you to that folder again.

    If you do not know the name of the owner of the missing folders, you may reach out to your Box Admin to help run a "Collaborations" and an "Outbound collaborations" report. Once the reports have been exported, your admin may filter the data in that report using your email address to see those collaborations that you received inside and outside of your organization.

    • The "Collaborations" report lists collaboration invites sent to users both in and outside of your organization within a given time period. In this report, the "Owner Name" is the name of the folder's owner,  "Inviter Email" is the name of the user who sent the invitation, and the "Collaborator Name" is the name of the user invited.
    • The "Outbound Collaboration" report lists all of your managed users who are listed as collaborators in content owned outside of your box account.
