Billing Mistake and horrendous service provided
I have been going back and forth with your billing department and your email service takes days to respond. I need help getting a refund for a business account I did not mean to open. I do not own a buisness and do not need your services. I also did not click on annual pay I clicked on monthly and somehow you grabbed $180 out of my account. I need this problem fixed as soon a possible.
