    Hello Matt, 

    The email address you are logged in with is associated with a free developer account, which is why you are unable to submit a support ticket. You will need to upgrade to a paid account in order to receive support from our support team or login with an email address associated with a paid account - apologies for the inconvenience! I will connect internally with the team in charge of the approval to publish an app to the gallery and report back.

    Thanks Kourtney. I have even tried to upgrade to a paid account just to submit a request. But every time I attempt to upgrade, the UI asks me to enter an email address, and then it says that the email address is already in use. It's like it is trying to create a new account instead of upgrading. But, if we can just get the app approved, that's really all I'm looking for. We have a customer who wishes to use our integration, but he needs to see the app in the gallery in order for his organization to approve its use.

    Hi Kourtney I just bought a Box instance for our  new company (TreviPay.box.com) and need accounts migrated from our old company. I cant find how to submit a ticket.

    Hi..can't find my answer in the system, so want to submit a question, but the 'submit a ticket' is not highlighted. Is this function unavailable? Yes, I am logged in with my log in. Is there no way to get support anymore? Thanks

    Hi, I accidentally deleted certain files from my box folder. And deleted them from the trash folder as well. I need help to recover them. It has just been one week since I deleted them.

    Can you help me in reaching to Box support personnel for this? I couldn't find anywhere to raise a ticket for this. Kindly help.
