Insufficient Space storage but it is not true
Hi,
I have problems with the storage space in my box sync folders.
Every time i try to upload new files, BOX says that i don't have enough space to store them.
I have deleted many files in the past few days and cleared the trash, but the problem still exists. I am pretty sure that my files took 4GB and not 10 GB.
Can you help me to fix this problem?
Can you explain me what i need to do?
