    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble editing your files via Excel online. We have a few tips that may help:

    • Can you try to clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Try logging in to your Box and edit using excel online using different browsers and see if it makes any difference
    • Try disabling add-ons or extensions on your browser and see if this fix that issue for you.

    I have also went ahead and submitted a ticket on your behalf with our Product Support team so they can help look into this.
