Download list of folders with links

I need to pull a list of the folders within a parent folder that I own. I want this list to also include the links to those folders. Is there a way to do that?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  Admins can generate a "Folders and Files" report which lists all the content in your Box account. A global folder picker is available for Business Plus and higher accounts, allowing admins to select folders from their user's accounts.

  To get the list of Shared links created for those folders, admin must run a separate report for "Shared links".
