I want to get a report of all the files and folders our collaborators are accessing on Box and I want to cross check it with the last time they accessed these folders so I can delete them if they haven't opened them in a while, because it's taking a lot of space for no reason.

I ran a Collaborations report but it doesn't show me the last time they accessed these folders. If there's a way around this, I'd appreciate if you can help me out with it.

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  Unfortunately, we do not have the specific report you described in this post. The closest that I can recommend is to run a "User Activity Report" and then filter actions under "File Management" to see what activities were taken to contents your organization owns, when and who took this certain action.
