Enable Tracking Codes under User Settings
Hi,
I have an admin account on box cloud which I have been using for testing user provisioning for my project development.
I need to check and use the functionality of adding custom fields for a user profile and found the documentation that it can be achieved by adding tracking codes from the Admin portal.
I have followed the steps but couldn’t find the tracking codes available on my account.
Could you please enable those for my account.

Welcome to the Box Community!
User Tracking Codes is available for Business and higher plans and would have to be enabled by your assigned Customer Success Manager or CSM.

Hi Simran,
This feature is not enabled by default so if you do not have an assigned CSM, Box admins may submit a ticket to our support page to request that the feature be enabled for them.

I'm waiting for your response.
I have tried out the box API to create a user with the tracking codes (from an account with Business plan), and it works fine. But if the length of the tracking code string is more in length I get a 500 Internal server error but the user gets created on box and none of the tracking codes are set.
Please let me know.
