Hello,

I forgot the email address I used when creating my Box App.

If I have the Client Id of my Box App, can I retrieve the email address associated with it?

  Do you know a Chris Cardinal? Unfortunately those are the best hints I'm able to give as to the email address. It is owned by the same Box enterprise as your account and therefore there are limitation on what information we can disclose. I apologize for any inconvenience.

  Hi again Kourtney,

  We could login to https://app.box.com/developers/console using Chris's account.

  Then, we noticed that there is no any App created there as in the screen shot below?

  Can you assist us with any history on what happened on this account?

  As you know, we could find the App Client Id, which means there was an App with this Id in the past. 

  Please correct me if I am wrong and let me know if you need any more details.

  Hello - 

  Chris's name is on the account in question, but this is still not the right email address above. I'm going to follow up on your most recent post with my recommendation on how to proceed!
