    Hi we are having the same issue with the upload size.  Currently shows 5GB as well.

    Hi, I recently downloaded the Box Drive app to my Samsung tablet, and I'm having the same issue with the upload limit of 5GB. How can I submit a support ticket too? The link in the comment above re-directs me to the Box Community FAQ's.
