Box Storage doesn't empty

Hey there,

my Box is apparently full, but even after deleting big files, the storage doesn't change. Even deleted from the trash folder, but still, nothing changed.  

Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks in advance!

  Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. You may check your current storage in box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
