Missing 3k images from a folder

Yesterday I renamed a folder from 'Photos' to 'AIM Photos'. The Photo folder had over 7k images. Now the folder says there are only 4871 images.

How can I find all the missing images. I didn't delete or remove anything, just renamed.

HELP!
