Used Space showing incorrect. Low storage space

Incorrect storage usage is showing (9.2 GB of 10 GB is used). My usage can only be less than 5GB. Please support

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

  I have run the script to correct your files and folders count. You can go ahead and check box.com/login> Account Settings> Used storage to see that changes have been made.
