    日本語が下手ですみません。私もこの問題ありました、ボクスには普通な問題です。ボクスのサポートはスクリプトをして、私のボクスはついに空になりました。

     

    This user is describing in Japanese that they are experiencing the common problem of their available space not updating after removing files, if someone from support could help them in the same way they helped me I think it would be great. :)

    We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. You may check it by logging in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

    I have no file on box.com currently because I deleted all of my files a couple of days ago.  But my free space is almost nothing (0.6 GB).

    Could you run the script to correct mine as well?

    I'm facing a similar problem. Deleted all folders and deleted the trash.
    I made it so that there are no files or folders in the BOX, but the storage capacity does not decrease.
