All Files Are Gone

Hello,

We use Box for our company files and all of them are gone. Is the site down? We need someone to help us and contact us immediately. Where can we submit a claim or get on the phone with someone to help us?

  As of this writing allow me to confirm that Box is not down and let me help with your missing contents. 

  Are the files you're looking for are your owned contents or collaborated with? If it's the latter, you may reach out to the folder owner and request for a collaboration re-invite. 

  Meanwhile, if you're looking for your owned contents kindly check your trash by going to box.com> trash/bin icon. 

  Here's how you could sort, search or filter your deleted files and later on restore it.
