Missing files

Hello,

I've now discovered that some of my very important files are just missing. I know I didn't delete them and I have no idea where they are. Is there any way to recover them?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  Are your missing files your owned contents or collaborated with? If it's the latter, you may reach out to the folder owner and request for a collaboration re-invite. 

  Meanwhile, if you're looking for your owned contents kindly check your trash by going to box.com> trash/bin icon. 

  Here's how you could sort, search or filter your deleted files and later on restore it.
