Storage Usage In My Account Is Incorrect

My used space count shows 10.0 out of 10.0Gb occupied and my box.com app stopped uploading/synchronizing files. However, at the moment only 6.0Gb are physically present in my box.com app folder on my PC. The same files are shown on my PC as on the web app, so I believe the count is off rather than there is a synchronization issue of any sorts. At the moment I do not have any large collaboration folders that may be still in use by other users.
I saw other posts like this and those say that I need to submit a request for developers to run a script to reset my counts. I do not see a way to submit a request under those previous posts, hence, I'm creating a new post.

We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. You may check it by logging in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
