Slow download speeds

I am downloading many large files. I have:

  • Updating your browser to the latest version
  • Clearing your browser's cache
  • Using Box with an alternate browser, computer or network
  • Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (note: you may need clearance/assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)
  • Disabling any plugins on your browser

My download speed is still 5-10 M according to Microsoft edge.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Are you currently downloading large contents? You may want to cut your download by batch and see if that would help.

    I am downloading large video files, a single file is 2-4 GB. The download is slow on a single file download.

    I have the same issue. Is there a way to speed this up. We are not on the basic box package either
