Box Driveをバージョン2.32.112に更新する際に失敗し、更新が完了できない旨のメッセージが表示されました。何度か試みましたが、更新はまだできず、解決作はありますか？

    Box Driveを開こうとしたら、下記メッセージが出て開けません。

    解決方法を教えてください。

    Box Driveの新しいバージョンの上に、古いバージョンをインストールしました。

    Box Driveの最新バージョンをインストールしてください。

    問題が解決しない場合は、Boxのサポートに連絡してトラブルシューティングを行ってください。
