Can not Access folder on Box as the owner left IBM

Hi Team,

Me and my team would need access to a Box Folder, the owner left IBM, and she did not gave access to it to anyone. We were also co - workers of this folders but she was the owner. There were important files for the market. https://ibm.ent.box.com/s/kh2d8vsll00eklqiwrqurt8p85ge71k6

  Hi Alexander, 

  Welcome to Box Community and let me assist! 

  If the current owner of this folder has left, please reach out to your Main Admin that way you could gain access to the folder. 

  Here's what your Main Admin can accomplish: 

  • Since the owner is no longer with your company, your Main Admin may delete the user and transfer the user's contents. 
  • Invite you to the folder as a collaborator through Admin Console> Content.
