Corrupt word file

I uploaded my Word doc to Box and then saved my changes throughout the day but now, it's a blank file. I can see there are version changes with 1.8MB files but I need to upgrade my account to recover them.

Help!

  BTW, it was moved to the trash for some reason. Please provide me an explanation on why that is.
