Upload Fail

Hi. I've tried to upload documents to the box; however, I keep getting the following failed message.

"Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again."

I cleared my cache, ensured my browser was update, and made sure the file naming convention contained only allowed characters with no spaces. Still no success.

  Hi Rona. I exhausted the troubleshooting tips listed in that article and tried to upload a few different files. All upload attempts failed.
