can you pleas cancel my account and get my money back?

I am working in a research institute and recently need to update data to a scientist from Beckman Coulter. She send me a link but I can not update to her company's box. then I registered my own account and send her the data. My purpose is to use this once, no plan to pay for it. Trial is a trial. I did not know ( it is not fair to the users) that I was charged for the first month just because I did not cancel the trail. Honestly, it is the first time to me. Most of the time, it should be easy to cancel by the account creator but it do not find any. I need definitely for help to do the cancellation and please get the money back.
